Refund policy
WARRANTY
We are proud to offer you (the original purchaser) a 2-year limited warranty* on our paddleboards, from the date of purchase, against all major manufacturing defects.
If when opening your box or using your board you discover
- Printing defects.
- Major detachment of the Eva mat.
- Delamination.
- A break in the board's hull.
- A break in the fins.
- Missing accessories.
- A faulty valve (after tightening it with the appropriate tool)
An inflatable paddle board is tough, but needs to be taken care of. Please note that LAU SUP will not replace equipment damaged through misuse:
- Board delaminates, explodes or comes unstuck after exposure to sunlight.
- Breakage due to storage in excessive heat, cold or humidity.
- Signs of wear due to poor maintenance.
- Damage during transport (loading, unloading, handling) on or off water.
- Damage caused by air or water transport.
- As a result of improper use (rental of the board, use for lessons, etc.).
- Has been damaged by contact with rocks or other rigid objects.
- Has been improperly repaired or modified
- Has been used in waves or in paddleboard races.
- Has been damaged by natural disasters or accidents (fire, flood, etc.).
ur team reserves the right to determine whether or not damaged equipment is covered by warranty, and we will handle each request on a case-by-case basis.
We will offer repair ($) or new parts ($) at your expense if the warranty does not cover you.
REFUNDS
Refunds and exchanges are possible for any item not unpacked within 30 days. Postage is at your expense.
